Overall, it was a pretty helpful experience for me to understand how a small/medium size manufacturing company survive in this big market with the fine cooperation between each departments. Mr. Hannon really taught me a huge amount of knowledge and experience that he had both from his MBA and the later years he applied those MBA strategies to grow this company. Mr. Hannon himself is a really efficient businessman. One of his attributes that drove this company grow up substantially from almost failing is his ability to seek the proper macro-direction for the company. He does not really do many detailed management work. He is more like a big captain of this ship.
